I get hits but it doesn't show the results under the Searches tab

hits must be filtered out for some reason. Could be because you asked for audio and video comes back. Or because of your manually crafted filters that drop the hits.

either create a search with no filters, or edit the filters on a particular search (right click on the search... Edit filters) and then press "Remove all rules from this filter", "Apply" and you're done...
